Shipping + Returns
2025 Holiday Shipping Information:
The last day to place online orders for delivery BEFORE Christmas is December 15, 2025.
Please note that once your order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for USPS shipping delays. During the busy holiday season, USPS tracking may not update for several days even while your package is in transit - this is normal and out of our control.
For the fastest and most reliable option, local pickup is highly encouraged during the holidays!
2025 Holiday Return Policy:
To make holiday gifting easy and stress-free, we've extended our return window for the season!
All regular-priced clothing purchases made from Thanksgiving Day - December 24th will be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned by or before January 11th, 2026.
Clothing purchased on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, or during any designated holiday promotions are also eligible for exchange or store credit through January 11th, even if purchased at a discount, unless otherwise noted.
Please note:
- All other sale styles are final sale.
- Garments must be unworn, with original tags attached and receipt present.
- We have the right to deny a return if the above conditions are not met.
- All marked holiday styles are final sale.
In Store & Local Pickup Returns:
We hope you love all your goodies! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or receive a store credit within 10 days of the original purchase date. We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment.
Garments must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, with ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED and ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed or if your garment does not meet the above standards.
We work hard to source quality styles, but due to our nature as a small business we cannot offer a warranty on our products. We only offer store credit or exchange for items that meet our return standards (UNWORN, UNWASHED, with ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED). In other words, items must be in the condition that we sold it in. We cannot take responsibility for items once they leave our store. If for some reason your purchase does not meet your standards please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Online Returns:
If you would like to return your items, please get them back to us within 10 days after delivery for exchange or store credit. There is no restocking fee associated with returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

If an item is ineligible for a return based on our standards above, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you and you will not receive store credit.

Bella + Mauve is not responsible for return shipping costs. When we receive your return, we will process store credit within 1-3 business days. Store credit does not expire.
Want To Exchange?
The best way to ensure you get the item you want is to email us at hello@bellaandmauve.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange your original purchase for. We will process your return immediately and issue you a store credit to use towards your new item(s). We will hold your new item(s) and ship them out as soon as we receive and inspect your original purchase and have verified that it meets our return/exchange criteria.
Shipping Information For Online Orders:
We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email via hello@bellaandmauve.com once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number!
