Social Media Content Creator - (Part Time)

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is creative, self-motivated, and confident taking initiative. This is a position where you'll be given a lot of creative freedom and minimum direction - we're looking for someone who can walk into the shop, see what's new or noteworthy, and turn it into engaging content. 

You should be comfortable working independently, including coming into the boutique to capture content when the owner may not be available. We want someone who follows fashion and social media trends, comes to each content session with ideas, and can take a concept from idea -> filming -> editing -> ready-to-post content with minimum direction. 

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience creating and editing short-form content for Instagram and/or TikTok
• Has a portfolio or examples of content they've created
• Comes prepared with ideas rather than waiting to be told what to film
• Has a strong eye for fashion, styling, and aesthetically pleasing content
• Keeps up with current Reels/TikTok trends, sounds, editing styles, and content formats
• Can bath-create content efficiently during short 2-3 hour sessions
• Is comfortable working independently and managing their time
• Can look at new arrivals and think, "I know exactly how we could market this."
